L-A-Z-Y is ME!

One busy day. Why was I even busy?! Oh yeah! I was busy making my LP for my teaching demo. Anyway, I heard this song on MYX. It's Bruno Mars' "The Lazy Song". I fell instantly in love with it (as usual)! Then planned to write about it. So here it is after 10,000 BC! I wrote something in my blog, again! haha!

Really...I was too busy preparing for my teaching demo which turned out soo not good. After that, I was in a "depressed" mode 'coz it didn't turn out well. Then, came the LAZINESS! Oh gosh! When you're on that phase, you do feel like you don't want to do anything anymore. But luckily, I did get the nerve to stand up and do something!

I was like inspired by this song. But I don't blame Bruno Mars for this behavior of mine. It was just fun watching and listening to it. You can make this as an inspiration when you're like too busy you don't even know the word "relax" or "take a break". So this song is for you!!! :)

First time I heard this song, I immediately changed the channel. That was when I didn't know yet the singer and it was on it's rap part, and also the video was on the "wierd" part.

But when I saw the title of the song with it's singers, I watched it again, online this time. Then I fell in love with the song. It was like a saying that goes: "Don't judge a book by its cover." Gosh! I didn't know that this line can be linked to many topics.

Anyway, I was surprised to see that it's Katy Perry singing this song and was on the video. I felt like it's so not her. I always imagine Katy Perry on music types like California Girls, Teenage Dream, Fireworks and the like. But anyways, the song's nice and I super like it. So she's venturing in new lands in music. The Pink Salt

My mother went home with a bag full of groceries, and it's my duty to unpack it then put those things in the cupboard or to where they belong. The thing that captured my eyes were the pink ones (of course). There were shampoos and powder in color pink there, but the one that really captured my attention was the yogurt spa. I never knew my mother would get interested in buying these things. I told her about the yogurt spa thing and she said she saw that in the grocery and was interested in it, so she bought it. She even said she wants to try it already.

So having been said that, she went to the bathroom. After i-don't-know-how-many-minutes, she came out saying (with a very loud voice): "KIM! You should try the yogurt spa! It feels sooo good and soo smooth in the skin!" I felt like I was in that Voice TV commercial. I was amused on how lively she said about her yogurt spa experience. And because of that, I also tried the thing right away. Gosh! My mother can be a commercial model in yogurt spa!

Anyway, it does really feel good. After using, you'll feel your soft skin and it also smells good. Another thing that amused me was the color of the salt, it's pink! One reason I loved rubbing it in my skin. haha!

This thing (accdg. to the package) can make your skin whiten. You'll just wet your skin then rub the salt in your skin. Then leave it for 3 minutes. After that, you can now rinse it and put soap again to your skin. Then you'll feel your skin soften!

I've been using this for 2 weeks already. Not everyday, though. My skin's just the same, but smoother. Maybe the whitening/lightening part would take effect after a very long time of use. haha!

Anyway, I'm loving it. Not just because it's pink, but because it can make my skin smooth! Mother loves it too! ;)

Just Say 'I do'

I love hearing songs by Colbie Caillat. Her voice soothes my ears. I wish I had a voice like hers. But anyway, I first heard this song, "I Do", on MTV and loved it instantly. Whenever I hear nice songs like this, I take note of the title so I can write about it in my blog and share my insights about it (like what I'm doing right now).

So, this song reminds me of the "old me" when I was very much single. haha! But now that I have my special someone...and we've been together for like 5 years already...this song really makes me wanna say 'I do!'. haha! Well, he hasn't asked me 'the question' yet. It's not like I'm expecting it now! It's too soon! Anyway, let's just go back to the song. Sometimes in love, you really can't be sure of how things work with the two of you. But with this song, it's like giving you inspiration to just go and see how things will work out. That's why I love Colbie's songs. It's like she's always in love! Well, I do hope she is so that she'll make wonderful music always! <3

Here's a new song from Justin Bieber. It's entitled "That Should Be Me" featuring Rascal Flatts. This song is like for the broken-hearted ones or for the ones who regret that they left that girl. Ouch! Well, for me the real theme was about "regret". Now I'm wondering who Justin Bieber dedicated this song to. Hmm...I wish I knew!


Anyway, I like this song because JB's soo handsome in the music video. He's wearing his new hair-do in this video. And really! He's super duper cute here! He doesn't look like a kid anymore. He looks like a young man. I enjoyed staring at his face during the whole video. I mean, I'm not really a Bieber fanatic or something, I just like him 'coz he's young and talented. That's all! :P

I say...

I was just about to wake up when I switched our TV on, then heard this new song by Selena Gomez. I'm such a fan when it comes to her! I first saw her on Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place and fell instantly in love with her character. When I heard that she also sings, I searched her songs on youtube and downloaded her songs in my phone.

I love the way she is. She's not like other Disney gals that turned out to be a little bit overly dressed and overly blinged when they grow up. Really! She's different from Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus and all others that came from Disney. That's why I super idolize her. She inspires and give love to her fans.

The Pinkest Game

I'm playing this game "It Girl" on Facebook. It's such a nice game and soo pink! haha! I was introduced to this game because my "cousin boss" told me to write an article about it for his website facebookcheats.thirdworldgeek.com (might wanna check this site). But it wasn't me who wrote the article. haha! Naughty me! I had a "co-writer/bestgff" who wrote about it because she already played the game. Whereas me, I have to get to know the game more. So it's better off that my co-writer/bestgff will write about it than me.

And since I won't be writing anymore about that game, I decided not to play it anymore. But! Because of the pink-ness of the game, another cousin of mine who also played "It Girl" suggested to me that I should play it. My co-writer/bestgff also suggested that I play "It Girl" too. Having been suggested twice, I decided to play and go for it! And indeed it's true!

I've been playing this game for like a month or two already and I'm enjoying it! But I still don't know some cheats about it. So I have to play more often in this game to learn its hidden secrets, enough to qualify me to make an article about it in my cousin's site.

New JLo-neration

My blog about this song is kind of late..but it's better than never posting it! It's just like this famous line for students who are late-comers: "Better late than never!". Right??!

Anyway, I first heard this song while watching one of the episodes of American Idol 10. I think that was the "premiere" of that video. The tune of the song sounds familiar. It's like something I heard way back when I was a kid. The song's not bad...for a "come-back" thingy" for J-Lo. SALE!!!

Robinson's Place, Dumaguete City...it all happened here. They had a midnight sale because they had an event going on. Jhong Hilario was even there but I didn't get to see him 'coz I didn't stay until midnight. We were just there to shop for anything cool and something that serves as memorabilia in Dumaguete. Ram and his Tatay also bought polo's to be worn on the graduation day.

I wasn't really trying to buy anything but because I'm such a "shopaholic" (eventhough money's kinda tight), I was  able to buy a shirt for my brother. It has a print "I like it dirty". I remembered Vice Ganda, and that's the reason why I bought it. haha! And since I bought a shirt for my brother, I was thinking of a shirt for me or my nanay then. But as we passed the shoes department, I saw a not-so big sign saying "SALE!" and "P199" under the clutter of Mario D' Boro shoes. I hurriedly went to the rack and picked the pinkest shoes amongst the clutter. Oh gosh! It really is Mario D' Boro and it really is only 199php! So without hesitation, I bought it!! haha! The original price was P699.75. Gosh! Who wouldn't want to buy that for such a low price??

I feel so proud after paying for it. I felt like I found a treasure. :D

The Trip with the Donoso Family

March 15, 2011 was our flight to Cebu. I was with my boyfriend's mother, father, and sister with her 1-year-old daughter - Nanay Evelyn, Tatay Isyot, Ate Ruthy and Baby AJ. Eventhough this is not my first time with them, I still feel shy and awkward all the time. Who wouldn't be?? You're like with your "future in-laws". GOSH! Anyway, we stayed at Cebu for two days at the GV Tower Hotel. The room has like a full view of Cebu. You can see the skies, the mountains, the buildings, the cars driving below and the people walking. We are in the 10th floor that's why we can like see the whole Cebu. When my bf's family visit Cebu, they always stay at GV and stay at that room. Here's the picture I took when I was there.

During our stay in Cebu, I get to visit SM and Ayala. We also had our breakfast always at Pasil where you can eat turtle soup or shark soup. Cool right?! I just wasn't able to take a picture at the big "kaha" they use to cook the delicious soups. But it's alright, 'coz I plan to go back there. And I sure will take a picture of the big "kaha" they used.


After the two-day stay at Cebu, we finally head to Dumaguete. Getting there was real scary because of those crazy waves! The fast craft we rode had a very difficult time trying to dock because of the big waves. I really thought that the boat would sink. But thank God we finally made it. Wheeew! That was close...


Upon arriving at Dumaguete, we went directly to Worldview Hotel to take a rest. Since Ram has still unfinished business at his school, I went with him in Silliman. I had fun! Who wouldn't be?? You're with your special someone.


The stroll at Dumaguete's famous Boulevard was also fun. I was with his family. Playing with the kids and taking pictures. It feels oh-so good! I felt like I'm one of them. haha!

Ate Chique (Ram's Sis-in-law) & AJ

We spent our second night at El Oriente Beach Resort. It's a bit far to the city proper, but it's alright because few guests stayed there. It even felt like we're the only guests there. They also had a pool, so the kids enjoyed it, and us too!

March 20 came, Ram's graduation day. Everyone's excited and proud for him, especailly me. This is the reason why I really want to come. And I'm so thankful for his family for letting me go with them.

The graduation started at around 3pm. Good thing it didn't rain. There were lots of people. Students with proud families fill the gym of Silliman. Ram's parents stayed inside the gym while me and Ate Ruthy with AJ just stayed outside. We only went inside at the time Ram's name was called. I felt super proud, and kind of teary. Well, you know the feeling...I don't want to explain it! haha! All I can say is it feels super duper good! Especially that hug Ram gave me after the graduation ceremony. If his parents weren't just there, I would surely give him a kiss! hahah!


We went home after two days. The trip was exhausting but super duper fun. I had fun with his family. I love him and I love his family too!!! :)

I'll be going to Dumaguete tomorrow for my special someone's graduation. I'm excited as hell! haha! This is the first time I'm travelling together with his family. My mother always tells me to behave properly. haha! As if I'm gonna act stupid in front of my "future in-laws". wheew!

I'll be meeting them tomorrow at the airport at around 12pm. I'm now thinking of the things I'm gonna bring with me. For sure there'll be a lot of pink blouses or things inside my bag. I'm also thinking of what I'll be wearing on his graduation day. Will I wear a dress? Or will I just be simple and wear a pretty blouse and pants? Haay!

For Starters

I'm kind of new here. Actually, I have made like two blogs already but I can't seem to open it. Anyway, I still feel like I'm new here. And for starters, i don't exactly really know what to write about. haha! A friend of mine (also a blogger) asks me what do I want? Or what am I interested in? I ponder on those questions...thinking so hard what do I really want.

Well, I'm interested in everything new. Everything that's pink. And by the way, I'm very interested at music. Any music that sounds good to my ears, I'm up to it! So i guess I'll be writing about any stuffs that's pink and music that sounds really cool to my ears. haha!
